This policy explains how HNventis (“we”, “I”) handles information on hnventis.com. In short: I only collect what you send me, I only use it to reply to you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you submit the Free Store Leak Audit form, I receive:

• your name and email address,
• your store URL,
• the problem you select and any message you write.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may also record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and reliability.

How I use it

• To review your store and reply to your audit request.
• To discuss, deliver and invoice any work you choose to order.

I do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing purposes.

Cookies & tracking

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how people scroll and click), so I can improve it. These tools set cookies and collect anonymous usage data. No advertising cookies are used.

These analytics tools only load if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, they are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Where it’s stored

Form submissions arrive by email at contact@hnventis.com and are kept only as long as needed to work with you or as required for accounting records.
