What's included every month
- Sales channel checks — Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Shop and Google Merchant Center: sync status, rejected products and new warnings.
- Tracking health check — Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4 and TikTok pixel still reporting purchases.
- Small fixes and updates — product data, sections, banners and app settings.
- Policy and trust check — shipping, returns and contact details stay accurate, which matters for Google and Meta reviews.
- A short monthly summary of what was checked, fixed and what to watch.
Why stores need ongoing care
Shopify, Meta, TikTok and Google all change their apps and rules regularly. A theme update can remove a tracking snippet, a new product can fail a channel's checks, and a policy change can trigger a warning. Most of these problems are small when caught early and expensive when nobody notices for weeks.
Who this is for
- Shopify brands in the US, UK and Canada selling on more than one channel.
- Store owners who don't have an in-house developer or ecommerce manager.
- Brands that had their channels set up by me and want them kept in shape.
How it works
- Free audit to see where your store is today.
- Start Monthly Care — billed monthly.
- Monthly checks and fixes, plus small requests by email.
- Monthly summary, so you always know where things stand.
Pairs well with
- Google Merchant Center fixes — catch new disapprovals before they spread.
- Tracking setup — start from a clean tracking setup, then keep it that way.
FAQ
What counts as a small fix?
Things like fixing a sync error, updating a section or banner, adjusting product data so it passes a channel's checks, or cleaning up a tracking issue. Bigger projects, like a new landing page, are quoted separately.
What if I need something bigger than a small fix?
I'll tell you before starting and send a separate quote, so there are no surprises on your monthly bill.
How do I send requests?
By email. You send what you need, I confirm, and you get an update when it's done.
Do you work in my time zone?
I work remotely with Shopify brands in the US, UK and Canada. Communication is by email, with quick, clear replies and regular updates.
