Can I sell on TikTok Shop from any country?
No. TikTok Shop is only open to sellers in certain markets, and each market has its own requirements, such as business verification and where your orders ship from. I check your eligibility during the free audit before any work starts.
Will my TikTok Shop orders show up in Shopify?
Yes. When TikTok Shop is connected through the official TikTok app for Shopify, orders placed on TikTok flow into your Shopify admin, so you can fulfil them the same way as your other orders.
Do I need TikTok Shop to run TikTok ads?
No. You can run TikTok ads that send people to your Shopify store without TikTok Shop. In that case the important part is the TikTok pixel and events API, so TikTok can see purchases and optimise your ads.
Can you guarantee TikTok will approve my shop and products?
No. TikTok reviews sellers and products itself. I prepare your account and listings to follow TikTok Shop's policies and help with fixes and resubmissions if something is rejected.
